Mumbai: In a major step toward inclusive workforce development, tea-led QSR brand Chai Point has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Medhavi Skills University (MSU) to launch a nationwide “Learn While You Earn” initiative.
Learn While You Earn program is designed to deliver skill-integrated education to Chai Point’s frontline employees, enabling them to pursue higher education while gaining valuable industry experience. The collaboration was formalized at Chai Point’s Bengaluru headquarters in the presence of Sajeev Kumar S, Vice President – Industry Relations at MSU; Kalappa K B, Chief Human Resources Officer at Chai Point; and Allen Mathias, AGM MTA at Chai Point.

Delivered directly through Chai Point’s retail locations, the initiative allows employees to gain hands-on experience while pursuing industry-aligned education.
